Founded in part by the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs and a diverse group of local stakeholders, Deschutes River Conservancy (DRC) has brought people together for more than 25 years to create consensus-based solutions to complex water issues. Through our longstanding partnerships and innovative programs, DRC has restored more than 93,000 gallons per minute to our local rivers and streams, improving fish and wildlife habitat.
This year, we launched the free monthly Raise the Deschutes seminar series to educate the community so that everyone can have a voice in how our water is managed. Check our website for upcoming topics and to watch previous talks.
As we face the third year of extraordinary drought and continued population growth in Central Oregon, tackling these issues is even more urgent. A gift to DRC is a gift to the river and all who depend on it, now and for generations to come!
