The Humane Society of Central Oregon (HSCO) has been serving Central Oregon since 1961 with a mission to strengthen the human-animal bond by advocating and compassionately caring for pets and their people.
HSCO is a Socially Conscious Shelter that strives to ensure the best possible outcomes for homeless companion animals in our care for 7 counties within a 100-mile radius.

• Provides a safe place for abandoned, neglected, or abused animals
• Adoption places thousands of pets into loving, responsible homes
• Lost and Found reunites 88% of stray dogs and 35% of stray cats
• HOPE Pet Food Bank over 700 pet families
• Community Animals Program humanely trap, vaccinate, and spay/neuter for 800 animals
