The La Pine Frontier Days Association was formed in 1998 to sustainably produce the annual 4th of July Celebration. This 100+ year old traditional event celebrates a history of our rural community coming together from outlying areas on this one day of the year, not only to celebrate Independence Day but to connect with their fellow pioneers.
This is the single largest event in South Deschutes County, and has become the largest 4th of July Celebration in Central Oregon. It is attended by folks from surrounding states and beyond, and has become a huge economic driver in the greater La Pine community.
