Kôr Community Land Trust has rebranded to RootedHomes. Our affordable homes root homebuyers to the Central Oregon community, and now our brand does too.

RootedHomes provides environmentally sustainable and permanently affordable homeownership opportunities for those who contribute to the fabric of the Central Oregon economy and community. These are working families who can qualify for a mortgage but cannot afford to purchase a home given the housing crisis our community faces. Our homeowner shares the impact of being rooted to the community, “Owning an affordable home has even impacted me and my family emotionally. I have less anxiety about my financial stability and I don’t worry about having to move away from this area. I feel empowered to rely on myself and am finding confidence in being the person my siblings can also rely on.”

RootedHomes is building 120 homes throughout Central Oregon in the next three years from Bend and Redmond, to La Pine and Sisters.
