Our mission is to reimagine and transform the way communities talk about, plan for and experience serious illness through the end of life.
We offer community and clinical education to improve death and grief literacy; holistic and proactive planning for advanced illness care and compassionate bedside presence with our end-of-life doulas.
Donations support our strategic initiatives:
–Develop a No One Dies Alone program for Central Oregon to support our community’s most vulnerable neighbors in the end of life
–Build a community fund so that anyone who desires additional end-of-life care can have the support they need
–Create safe spaces and events where open conversations about death, loss and grief are normalized and encouraged
The Peaceful Presence Project believes that equitable and compassionate end of life care is a human right and as such, we seek to make our services accessible to every person who desires our support.
