World MUSE is a non-profit organization committed to supporting and amplifying the work of change-makers in our local community and beyond. We believe in the enormous potential of individuals to inspire positive change in their communities and in our world.
World MUSE has been providing programming and platforms to inspire positive social change for well over a decade. Some of our highlights include:
5,000+ attendees have joined us at MUSE Conference.
1,000+ youth in Bend, Redmond, and Madras have participated in MUSE Clubs.
$50,000+ has gone to support local and global grass-roots projects through MUSE Makers.
We are committed to making our programming as inclusive and equitable as possible by:
Offering virtual options for our programming when possible.
Providing equity-based ticket pricing for all events.
Supporting local change makers with small grants.
Creating public art exhibits to amplify youth voices.
Producing award winning documentary films that address the need for LGBTQ+ representation and water issues in the West from the Indigenous perspective and are available for use by other nonprofits and in schools.
